Hey, I’m Jess and I didn't start here.

Before Addison Design Co, I spent years as a wedding planner and project manager; two jobs that taught me everything about bringing someone's vision to life under pressure, on a deadline, and with a whole lot of heart. I know what it feels like to pour everything into your work and need someone in your corner who actually gets it.

I started this business because I kept seeing the same thing over and over…talented, established, hardworking creatives with websites that didn't come close to showing the world what they were capable of. And that felt wrong to me.

So I built Addison Design Co to fix that.

This company is named after my daughter Addison, who is my greatest reminder that the right support changes everything. She makes me feel like I can do anything. Safe. Seen. Capable of more than I even know. That's the exact feeling I want every single client to walk away with.

My Process

Here's What Working Together Actually Looks Like

No guessing. No wondering what comes next. Just a clear, supported process from start to launch and beyond.

  • Before anything else we get on a Zoom call. This is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. I want to know about your business, your clients, your vision, and what you want people to feel when they land on your site. You can ask me anything too. If we're a good fit, we move forward.

    30–45 minutes

  • After our call, I'll send you a custom proposal outlining your package, exactly what's included, your project timeline, and your investment. No surprises. No fine print. Just a clear picture of what we're building together.

    Within 3 business days of your discovery call

  • Once you're ready to move forward, you'll sign your contract and submit your 50% deposit. This secures your spot on my calendar and officially kicks things off.

    Project start date confirmed upon signing

  • Before I design a single thing, I send you a detailed brand questionnaire; your story, your clients, your voice, your vision. The more you give me here, the better. This is also where you send over your logo, photos, and any brand elements you have. Don't worry if it feels incomplete. That's what I'm here for.

    Questionnaire due within 1 week of signing

  • I get to work. I design and build your site using everything you've shared with me and I write your copy in your voice so it sounds like you, not a website. You'll receive a preview link when your first draft is ready.

    2–6 weeks depending on your package

  • You review your site and send me one consolidated list of changes. We work through your included revision rounds until it feels exactly right. Additional rounds are available as an add-on.

    1–2 rounds depending on your package

  • Final payment is due, we do one last check, and then we launch. I'll be right there with you. This is the moment your business gets the online home it deserves.

    Final 50% payment due before launch

  • After launch you have 30–60 days of email support depending on your package. Have a question? Notice something off? Just email me. I've got you.

    30 days for The Foundation and The Refresh, 60 days for The Full Picture

A Little More About Me

When I'm not building websites, you can probably find me chasing my kids around a park, planning our next camping trip, or eating Mexican food…honestly, any excuse will do.

Family is everything to me. My wife makes life so fun and our house is always full of laughter, adventure, and really good food! We're raising two little ones here in San Diego and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm an ex athlete at heart. I like to stay active and I bring that same energy to my work. Show up fully, give it everything, leave it all on the field.
